Enrolling entails opening the Samsung Members app, locating the prominent One UI 5.0 beta programme banner within it, tapping it, and registering your information and device. After that, you should only have to wait a few minutes before receiving an update notification.
The S21 UK beta is currently only available for SIM-free, unlocked devices. It is unclear when it will be available in operator models.

The final, "stable" build of One UI 5.0 for the S22 family is expected in mid-October. It's unlikely to arrive at the same time as the S21 models, but it shouldn't be more than a few weeks later. If you're enrolled in the testing programme, you'll receive each one as an over-the-air update.
